Location is perfect for exploring Manhattan, with easy access to bike rentals nearby. Room cleanliness was disappointing, showing signs of wear.

stewart in nyc was fantastic. we had a spacious suite with a small kitchen which was perfect for our family of 4. the location was amazing, right next to madison square garden, penn station, and plenty of great restaurants and stores. the offer to upgrade to a room with better views was also a nice touch.

The gym facilities at Stewart Hotel were top-notch and helped me stay active during my stay. The spacious room and comfortable bed made my visit enjoyable. I appreciated the efficient service from the staff.

Great location, easy walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Centre. Opposite Madison Square Garden. Near to tube station. Lovely lobby, suite with sofa bed, kitchen, and adequate sized bathroom. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Free safe in the room. Luggage room in lobby with recommended fee of $1 per bag to store luggage if required. Nearby food outlets, shopping, and pubs.
Felt cosy, no reason to complain.

Our stay at a well-known hotel in the heart of NYC was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make our special occasion truly memorable. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the key-entry system and the fantastic amenities like the kitchenette and balcony in our suite. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore.

I chose Stewart Hotel due to its ideal location near Central Park. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and 24-hour fitness center, complemented by complimentary wireless Internet access. Niles Restaurant offers modern cuisine with impeccable service, creating a standout dining experience in Manhattan.
Poor service and noisy nights.

the rooms are clean and spacious - with a full kitchen. the hotel is close to the subway and main attractions. the staff - especially jenny - is super friendly and helpful. they always make sure we have our favorite room - making it feel like a second home.
